The learner will be able to:

  • • Identify the key components of a standard 5-lead ECG, including waveforms, intervals, and segments, and their physiological significance.
    • Interpret common ECG findings, such as sinus rhythms, atrial fibrillation, ventricular arrhythmias, and myocardial ischemia, using a systematic approach.
    • Apply basic ECG interpretation skills to recognize potentially life-threatening arrhythmias and initiate appropriate clinical responses.
