Bill Humphrey, NRP, BGS

Bill Humphrey currently serves as an EMS critical care clinical educator in Muskogee, Oklahoma.  He is an Oklahoma State and nationally licensed paramedic and an Oklahoma State Department of Health instructor for emergency medical technician (EMT) basic, advanced and paramedic level programs. He is an American Heart Association Regional Faculty for BLS (Basic Life Support), ACLS (Advanced Cardiac Life Support), PALS (Pediatric Advanced Life Support), and a National Association of EMT's instructor for AMLS (Advanced Medical Life Support) and PHTLS (Prehospital Trauma Life Support).    


 

 

 

 

Dr. Mike MacKinnon, DNP, FNP-C CRNA

Michael MacKinnon graduated from Thomas Jefferson University in 2009 as a CRNA, UMASS Boston as an FNP in 2015 and a Doctorate from University of Alabama in 2018. He has been special interest in difficult airway, ultrasound regional anesthesia, the business of anesthesia and Anesthesiologist Assistant legislation. Mike is co-owner in CE2 (www.ce2you.com) which trains CRNAs in the use of Ultrasound and non-surgical pain management.

Michael has been working in a fee for service Independent CRNA practice since graduation and currently working as a partner in a CRNA only practice in Show Low Arizona.

 

 



 Ralph Kohl

 

Ralph has been with the AANA for five years and took over as the head of the Federal Government Affairs office in October 2016.  An experienced and sought -after public speaker, Ralphs previous work includes senior roles with healthcare professional associations

 

 

 

Daniel Nash, CRNA, DNAP

Dan has been a CRNA for 25 years and a co-owner of Maverick Medical Education for 10 years. Mr. Nash graduated from Texas Wesleyan in 1994 CRNA and 2012 DNAP. He has a passion for education and giving back to his profession. He has been blessed with a great education and many opportunities and wishes to share what he has learned with other CRNAs and other medical professionals. Dan has been married 36 years and has 2 children and 2 grandboys. He loves being a CRNA!

 

 

 

Daniel Frasca

Daniel is the owner and co-founder of APEX Anesthesia Review.  He graduated from VCU Nurse anesthesia school in 1992 and again in 2010 with a clinical doctorate.  Daniel is staff CRNA/student coordinator for 25 years at St. Mary's Hospital, he is a past District 5 Director of VANA and founding member and past chair of the District 5 Winter Workshop.
