Exhibit Hall Tables will be available on a first come, first serve basis. Access to the Exhibit Room will be available on Friday evening from 6:00 p.m.- 8:00 p.m. Conference registration begins at 7:00 a.m. on Saturday, March 24 and set-up times are from 6:00-7:00 a.m. The Exhibit Hall will open Sunday, March 25 from 7:00 a.m. – noon and we encourage our exhibitors to stay for the entire conference. As always, we invite you to join us for Saturday’s outstanding lunch as a show of appreciation (limit 2 exhibitors per booth). Please choose an exhibit option that will give your company the best exposure and promotion as outlined on the Exhibitor’s Application. To reserve a booth, please make checks payable to the Oklahoma Association of Nurse Anesthetists or register online. Our Federal tax ID# is 73-1078011. PLEASE NOTE: Payment must be received 2 weeks prior to the conference to guarantee your space!
